Typically an employer will pay for your program if you are in a job position which has become redundant. Ask your HR Manager or the owner of your business if they will talk to us to find out about the job search coaching program and our outplacement services. We can discuss the costs and the benefits to them as an employer, as well as the benefits for individuals.
If this doesn’t apply to you, you can pay for your program yourself.
Sometimes we run free workshops for job seekers at events like the Marion Learning Festival in August (organised by Marion Council) - watch out for these free workshops and book in fast as places are limited.
